1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sawda Intelligence ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the ConnectWave platform ("Platform" or "Service").

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your internal business purposes in accordance with your subscription plan.

This license does NOT grant you any rights to:

• The underlying software, source code, or algorithms
• Any intellectual property rights in the Platform
• Use of the Platform beyond your subscription scope
• Transfer, sublicense, or share your access with unauthorized parties

4. Account Registration & Security

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect or store personal data about other users without consent

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
• You are responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription

• You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Platform
• We have a limited license to process your data to provide the Service
• We will never sell your data to third parties

• For local deployments, all data remains under your exclusive control

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained from use will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The Platform will meet your specific requirements

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sawda Intelligence, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Illegal or fraudulent activity
• At our sole discretion for business reasons

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Platform immediately ceases
• We may delete your account and data (subject to retention requirements)
• You must cease all use of our intellectual property
• Provisions regarding intellectual property, confidentiality, and liability survive

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through:
